Order processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within [3-10 business days] (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods (e.g., sales, Black Friday, Christmas), dispatch may take a little longer.

Delivery times (estimated)

Delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order is dispatched:
  • Ireland: 3 to 10 days
  • United Kingdom (UK): [5-10 business days]

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete payment:
  • Ireland: €9 flat rate
  • United Kingdom (UK): €13 

Tracking

Where available, we provide tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

United Kingdom (UK) orders — no extra charges on delivery (DDP)

We ship UK orders DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means we cover duties and import taxes, and you should not be charged any additional customs fees on delivery.

Terms & Conditions for Online Returns Policy.

Goods returned must be in its original condition and packaging (e.g. box),.The product must be unused. Items must be returned within 30 days from delivery.

All returns will be inspected. We will send you a confirmation email stating that your return is being processed. The product price will be refunded by the original form of payment. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is returned in a condition that we deem unacceptable for re-sale i.e. if the product is clearly marked. We are not responsible for defects arising from misuse of the products. Any products of this nature will be returned back to you.


We are happy to exchange sizes, provided the footwear is unworn. You will need to return your first purchase to us, we will inspect them & then send the exchange out to you. Replacements will be sent via ordinary post. If you require your item please inform us. Registered post will be charged for replacement shipments.

If your product is defective in any way or you receive the incorrect product, Please notify us by email straight away at support@barefootshoes.ie within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will replace or refund you for the product. Please note that we do not refund postage costs except in the case of a faulty product or an incorrect delivery.

You should expect to see your refund in your bank within 5 working days of receiving your confirmation email, however banks may differ. Please email us at support@barefootshoes.ie if you do not receive your refund after 14 working days of receiving our email. Any refunds will be completed by original form of payment. 

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. You have the right to cancel your order under the consumer contract legislation June 2014. Please refer to citizens advice for further information.
